I have a opportunity for Bid Manager to become a key function in the Pre Construction team for a well respected high rise contractor in the North West. This hire will be the only Bid Manager in the company reporting to the board. Most of the Bids will be negotiated work with repeat business clients however will you have input in to whether the business takes on new clients.
The people you will work with with be sitting at the top table of this contractor and offer you exposure to some of the key players in the Liverpool & Manchester area funding and shaping the cities' skylines.
The role would best suit someone from a commercial background (QS / Estimator) as numbers always play a big part in this function however the company welcome application from a Planning or Design Management background if you are good with figures.
The role is a little different to a normal Bid Manager so I have a job spec that can be provided once we have spoken.
The role will feature meetings in Liverpool and Manchester so you will need to come in to the offices however the company have a mature approach to the working environment and are happy with working from home when suitable.
