Administrator and Projects Assistant
Part-time maternity cover contract (22.5 hours per week for 6 to 9 months, hours 9:00-5:30 for 3 days per week)
Location: central Romford
Salary: £25,000 pro rata + flexible benefits package
We have an excellent part-time opportunity for an Administrator and Projects Assistant to join an innovative local organisation.
The team is based in central Romford and their mission is to support local businesses by improving the branding, promotion and infrastructure of the area in which the businesses operate.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Previous experience supporting with the delivery of projects and/or events management
Previous experience with general administration support (contracts proofreading, monitoring inbox, diary management, meetings agendas, minute-taking, basic finance, procurement)
An eye for what successful promotional activities look like and the desire to implement new ideas that will make an impact
The desire to act as a strong ambassador by consistently keeping in touch and building relationships with stakeholdersBenefits include:
