Junior Administrator – Thornliebank  Salary – £18,500 – £20,000 DOE 
A new opportunity for an administrator to join a fantastic team in the Thornliebank area. This is a new role within the team and the work will be varied, involving a wide variety of duties including – but not limited to.
– Coordinating our document control process
– Overseeing the approval process of our suppliers
– To assist with external body communications
– To ensure the company training matrix is kept up to date across all teams
– To liaise with management teams with regard to actions arising from internal audits
– Work closely with the Health and Safety Manager providing key administrative support

To be considered: 
Seeking candidates who have experience within an administration role, and who has strong
IT skills – particularly MS Office suites. Full training on systems will be given.

– Able to demonstrate attention to detail
– Ability to follow processes
– Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
– Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage own workload to expected standards
– Hands on pro active attitude
