Hales Group are seeking an Account Manager to work for our branch in Diss, Norfolk on a full time permanent basis. Based between our branch and on site, you will supply our established Client in Diss with temporary workforce. This is a role that will require excellent communication skills at all levels as well as the ability to analyse and effectively prioritise.

Due to the travelling required within this role and the requirement to visit the Client site, a full clean license and own method of transport is essential.

The successful Account Manager will:

Leading the Recruitment for the account
Manage requirements and oversee the delivery and management of temporary workforce across our Client site
Writing job adverts and posting on various job platforms
Utilising Social Media to generate candidates
Payroll duties – supplying and chasing timesheets, completing payroll on a weekly basis, conducting return to work interviews
Registering Employees including Online, Onsite and in our office
Conducting Company + Health and Safety Inductions
Being the first point of contact for all employees via telephone
Conducting weekly site surgeries
To monitor the timely placement of temporary staff and to resolve any issues raised
To visit site to develop a good working relationship with candidates and clients
Oversee compliance and audit of temporary workforce documentation
Supplying PPE to all temporary workers
Share knowledge appropriately with the Client in relation to legislation, market changes and challengesExperience and Skills that we are looking for:

A background in recruitment or as a customer account manager
Proficient administration skills.
Confident liaison skills – written and verbal communication skills.
Able to cope within a fast-paced and demanding work environment. About you:
