I have a fantastic opportunity for a 2nd line IT support professional to get the chance to be exposed to the latest technology in the market. My client is looking for a 2nd line technician with ideally a years' experience working in a similar position.

The perfect candidate will have experience in Windows Server (up to 2022), Hyper-V, Active Directory, Office 365 and DNS/DHCP. Other technologies are beneficial but they can be taught to someone with the right attitude.

There is fantastic training programme with paid for certifications to get you up to speed and progress you to 3rd line support.
